Can not log into Audix remotely

Hi I am not sure if the system is presenting the right login screen on a dial up using ASA to a MAP5P audix version 44-5bcm23 (from the expert report) the screen diaplays:

The systems name is A2493051.
Welcome to USL UNIX System V release 4.2 version 1
login: sa
Password: (I entered the pass with and without caps)
UX: Login ERROR: login incorrect

After using the sa login whith which the customer has just changed the login. Does he need to enable a right to access remotely? Or is there a separate login for this UNIX screen? Am I in the right system?

I'm not sure, but I seem to remember that you can't login as SA from the Inads line on the old Map-5.

I THINK you need to telnet there, or use the web interface.
