Can not ID Line cards in SRG. 1

Here is the problem: We have a CS1000 at a local hospital connected to all their clinics around the city through IP to Survivable Media Gateways. I can get status of cards. I can IDU for ports. But I can not use IDC to check line cards. This is of course very useful to make sure Analog cards and Universal Trunk Cards are back in service. Here is what I get:

I understand that NPR0750 means that it is busy with another request, but that is what I get every time I try an IDC. However, IDU works every time. So, I know that it is not actually busy with another request. There has to be something preventing it from getting ID of cards as opposed to ports.
