Can not get Call Center View to work

When I bring up the Call Center View, it tries to find the Delta server and is unable ot , I can type in the IP address and get the same results. I also went to the Delta server and tried running the Call Center View and got the same error on not being able ot find the Delta Server.
I have checked all of the services and all seem correct. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Is this on the server or a client?

If a client, does it work on the server.

To the question of Comms Restored not sure how to check this. Can you provide more information ? As to the Question that PlatinumGuy posted. We have tried to start it on the Delta Server also and get the same error that when it does a search for the Delta server it can not be located. We have tried to type in the servers IP as well as the Servers machine name and it still does not show any server.

Go into your services, you have a delta server service, it is started?

If not start it.

Then open the delta server and check it is connected etc.

Looking at the services, the Delta Service is already started. We tried to stop and restart the service but still no luck
 
OPEN DELTA SERVER AND CHECK IT IS CONNECTED TO THE IPO ETC.

Sorry my knowledge of the Delta server is limited. We can log in to the Delta server and ever thing looks fine . Is there something specfic I am looking for ?

Comms restored is good, init comms is bad.

A bit of a wild guess but maybe the sharing on the C drive has got removed or changed? That normally causes different errors and I wouldn't expect it to cause a problem locally but just a thought.
 
Can you provide me what type of rights are needed for this share ? The Callview program will need to access files from the c:\ driver or is there a specfic folder and rights that need to be setup ?
