For the life of me I can not get the switch to give me 100Mbit. port 25 + 26 give 100Mbit - but no others.

I have tried auto neg enabled/disabled, The PC's gets 100Mbit in port 26 and 26, but I have more than 2 PC's to connect.

All ports say 10Mbit no matter what i do.

any help would be great

Hi,

The switch 1100 will only give you 100M on ports 25/26, the rest are 10M.

If you're able to upgrade to the 3300

Worker99,

Thanks for the info. I guess I will put in a small miniswitch for the users that need the extra bandwith.

pop in an uplink to port 25 going to the mini switch for 8 people to be on 100Mbit. sound good to me...

My client probably doesn't want to upgrade - so this solution should do fine.

Thanks again man
