can not drag and drop email to a folder

Hello
I have a customer who suddenly cant drag and drop emails from her inbox to a folder within the inbox.. has worked forever then just stopped..

any ideas

win2k pro with outlook 2k

Go to the help menu in outlook and perform a detect and repair function.. this will repair the problem
