Here is my problem: I need to add a few more sets with the DN of 9996 being on key 0, and am getting the same error (SCH0369) and I'm not sure why. The MLDN parameter is set to YES in LD 22. I can not use MCR because I need this to ring on an analog line. All appearances programmed already are SCRs. Here is a printout of the dnb:

What TN are youtrying to program on? If youare doing a new set you need to give it a different DN and then go back and change it.

ARg. As you can tell, i'm rather new at this system.

I owe you a beer. Thank you.

Make it a Miller Lite......
Anytime, you're welcome

now I am sounding like Yoda

vvhitekid2,

You should try to give a little more information, like the type of switch, 61, 81 option 11 etc.

You do not necessarily have to have a unique number for a new phone. Depending on the switch version of software, the switch should accept the DN and tell you the TN where it's MARP'ed and leave you the option to add yes if the phone you are building is the "NEW MARP". If the new phone appearance is beyond your limits, the switch will not allow you to add another appearance.

You also need to know how many appearances your switch will allow for a DN.

Your sch0369 is telling you, "Function conflicts with existing call arrangement".

Good Luck

Its an Option 11, however I am not stuck on one more thing.

All appearances are setup as SCR, and they are on mixed buttons across both 2008 and alalog sets.

How do I get this to hunt to the secondary line on the digital sets? Here is a tnb of one of the phones that needs to forward:

do you have MARP turned on? if so, make this the MARP phone and calls to 9996 should hunt to the rollover on a busy.

Will the calls roll over to all scr appearances of the secondary line I have on all the 2008 phones? Or just the one thats marped? Sorry.. I'm not on site-

Here is my updated dnb printouts of my situation. I need the 9996 dn to roll over to the 2996 scrs:

Assuming you actually have MARP turned on (which you would have to check in LD 17) and assuming the rollover 2996 number appears as key 1 on the three TNs on which 9996 is key zero, then I think you should be able to assign any of these these TNs as the MARP phone. Then when a call comes to 9996 the MARP (multiple appearance redirection prime) will control the call redirect. I would make key 0 MARP and key 1 MARP, but make sure you assign the MARP on one of the TNs that has 9996 as key 0. Currently it's on a TN which has 9996 as key 8. But also please make sure MARP is in fact turned on in LD 17. Good luck!

That was everything I needed. Thanks to all. You guys rule.
