when you are using the application and have database or tables open, you heave read only access.

You should be able to overwrite the database, when you have the application closed.

Do you really want to overwrite data on C:\ or merge data from f:\ and c:\?

Bye, Olaf.

You are possibly mixing up Foxpro and command.com (operating level) sysntax.

For COPY TO in Foxpro you need the name of the destination file.
