Can not connect to Citrix server. Socket not bound to an address.

I have a user that is trying to access the Citrix Metaframe Server from home and whenever she tries, she gets the following error message: "Cannot connect to the Citrix metaframe Serve. The socket is not already bound to an address.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

How is she connecting? Are you using Citrix Secure Gateway,VPN,direct connection? Is she running the full client or trying to connect via the WebInterface?

Have a user with the same error. Found another post at

http://www.freelists.org/archives/thin/03-2004/msg01096.html

that says to to disable McAfee privacy service. I believe my user has McAffee. Will try to advise of my success.
