Can Not Connect PCpro!!!

Greetings Folks,

I picked up an SV8100 for my lab and I am having no luck getting PCpro to Connect. I can ping the unit from my laptop after Address change, but no PCPro. Can someone set me on the right path?

I've have google searched without success. I have managed to find 9.5 but not the North American 10.0. If you could give me a link that would be much appreciated.

I've read it again and I'm not further ahead. Maybe its because I'm in NZ and don't get the US humour.
