I have a 5224 IP phone with a callback message that the user can not erase.
When the user presses the vm key, they do not get the Callback softkey, they just hear they have no new messages. Last week the user was able to erase callback messages and nothing has changed for that ext.
I checked the VM COS and the COS for the phone and they are set like they need to be.
Its a 3300 system running 9.0.2.31_1.
Any help is appreciated in advance.
