Hi guys,
A very weird one here.
Location : D:\Users\
There are 78 directories, one for each user in this folder, however there is one missing, JohnSmith. It is juts not listed at all.
However, if you type D:\Users\JohnSmith in the explorer address bar, it bring the directory up as expected.
I am able to map a drive to this location fine.
From inside JohnSmith, you can access the properties of itself, and you can see the sharing(non) and security (JohnSmith and Administrator + System + Creator) are the same as all other folders. However, in the general tab, the folder is named DOCUMENTS, where as if you see the name of JimSimms folder is JimSimms.
If you search the drive for JohnSmith, you get results that note the location as being D:\Users\JohnSmith.
If you try and create a new directory in D:\Users it says the folder already exists.
The properties of the folder are not hidden.
I'm stumped.
Any ideas,
Regards
Neil
