Our Backup Exec has been woking fine until yesterday (8.6). It backed up everything selected (user profiles, shared folders etc) apart from the mailboxes all of them. The Backup Exec log file say's 'Directory not found. Ca not backup directory? for all 100 user's mailboxes. When this happened the last time it was because my manager had created a Administrator account in AD and BE was confused and did not know what user name to log on with. That got resolved but it is happening again. I have checked AD and he has not done it again.
Event Viewer/System Application log file say's 'Error 0X8004010f occurred on message 1-38FEB6A during a background cleanup on database "First stirage group\mailbox store (server)"
Any advise would be helpful
