My home network is completely wireless. I have 4 machines on the network. Suddenly, my server can not access the network.

I have checked the device through device manager and it is ok. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. Nothing works.

I don't get any error message.

I am using Windows 2K3 Server, Wireless G PIC.

I even switched the card out with one of the other machines. The other machine still worked and the server still didn't work. I changed the slot on the mother board but still the same results.

It wouldn't be a big deal but it is my SERVER!!!!

Please help

thanks,
enak

Have you done anything to your server since this began? What is handling DHCP for you? the server or the router - make sure that it isn't both otherwise it might cause some unexpected problems.

Do you have mac filtering enabled? If so, then is your servers mac in there?

Do you have enough ip being handed out by your dhcp?

Can you ping the router from the server?

Is this server your domain controller?

Have any updates been recently applied to the Server?

Check to make sure that 802.1x authentication is not enabled on the Authentication tab of the wireless NIC, network properties.
