i have a customer with a STSe; software ver 3.00.1afe0.
caller id logs can't be accessed from any phone.when the code is dialed ,695 and 635 on any phone, the display does not change and after 4 sec. of dialing the code, i get a fast busy signal.this is a small system with only 4 phones,and they are all set to ring.no voicemail.
Is there a privilage level for the phones,that has to be set before i can accsess these tables?
