CAN NOT ACCESS CALLER ID LOGS FROM ANY PHONE

i have a customer with a STSe; software ver 3.00.1afe0.
caller id logs can't be accessed from any phone.when the code is dialed ,695 and 635 on any phone, the display does not change and after 4 sec. of dialing the code, i get a fast busy signal.this is a small system with only 4 phones,and they are all set to ring.no voicemail.
Is there a privilage level for the phones,that has to be set before i can accsess these tables?

help!

 
Have you verified that cid is being delivered by the telco? I mean installing a cid single line phone on the line/lines in question.I believe that by default cid is enabled on that system.cid display is system wide not, not subject to individual stations.
 
Have you checked the CO ring delay timer? should be set to 5-7 seconds to allow for the cid info to be recieved
 
HELLO

CALLER ID IS BEING RECEIVED ON ALL PHONES.BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN'T SCROLL THOUGH THE 100 MEMBER CALLER ID RECORDS.I FOUND THAT THE CALLER ID CODES FOR UNANSWERED CALLS AND ANSWERED CALLS (659 & 635)have been removed from the software by vodavi.there must be a code to enable this code table.any advice is very welcome at this point.
