Can Nortstar MICS R6 handle 3 T-1 Cards???? 1

What would the config be. I have 2 PRI cards in the KSU already

Yes. The third PRI must be in slot 1 of a trunk module with no other trunk cards, connected to either port 7 or 8 on the 6-port fiber expansion card. The DTI card must be the newest release, but I don't remember the NT number.
