Can no longer attach to a SQL (MSDE) instance

I installed SP-3 on all of my SQL servers and MSDE installations this week. I haven't had any problems except for with one machine with MSDE installed on it.

My backup program (Veritas) can't connect, and I can't connect using the Enterprise Manager. Everything was fine until I installed the service pack.

The error I get when trying to connect is:

Cannot generate SSPI context

There is a knowledge base article which says to install Service Pack 1 (win 2K) if this problem occurs, but I've already got SP-3 installed.

Any ideas?
