Can make call but can't receive calls

I have an asterisk server acting as our SIP server when I call an extension that I have created in sip.conf calling from my avaya phone system just calling the ext. let's say 82xx I gives me a bubububub sound and here is the trace

I have over 40 sip phone all over the us and they all work fine with no problem.

Hope someone out there can help out.
 
Inbound all depends on the Asterisk server and the SIP Telecom ISP your number is ported to... not alot to troubleshoot on the Avaya PBX
