Can IPX 2400 E1 PRI do Overlap Sending?

Hello All,
I have a IPX2400 with a 30PRT PRI card. The CO is requesting that we send digits in Overlap sending format.

Has anyone done this before?
Can you tell me where this feature is enabled? Under ARTD?
