Can I Update a Access Table in Access

I want to be able to make changes in Microsoft Access 2000 and have an Microsoft Excel 2000 Spreadsheet automatically update.

If anyone has any ideas on this, please let me know.

The Excel spreadsheet table has to be linked in Access.
