Ive got a mailbox announcement with an option " ... or press 0 to be tranferred to the Centralist" I would like a Collect Digit Timer to run for 5 seconds before entering the nupoint voicemail box to allow callers to press the digit 0..
I Can't find the appropriate FCOS or LCOS

Is it a call director mailbox?
If it is try, try the below -
When I receive a call >> Menu (greeting) >> Multi-key - Blind transfer(gathered digits) >> 0 - Reception

think you just need the menu with the zero option and a timeout timer set to 5 and the timeout option would be voicemail for that mailbox

@jpruder - correct.
My scenario is for "if you know the extension number, dial it now or dial 0 for reception, or hold for VM"

you would need to add the multi digit as transfer to gathered digits to dial an extension, dtmf value would be extension digit length such as 4 instead of the default 1
