We have been fighting a very strange issue that has not been resolved. We have 7 sites connected via SCN. When Site B forwards their phones to Site C, it hits site C and then immediately goes across the SCN trunks and hits site A, and site A is the hub for all the SCN connections. We were not having this issue prior to upgrading the PRI's at all sites, and at the same time switching the SCN trunks from LAN2 to LAN1. Thats when all the weirdness happened. Normal inbound calls are not affected, it is only when Site B takes an incoming call across their PRI and forwards it out back across their PRI to Site B. Since I don't need external calls transferred across the SCN, I was hoping by disabling this feature that I might be able to just stop the call at Site C as required??

Probably, but that would be hiding the issue.
you almost certainly have a SCN configuration issue.
Dou you have VM, if so what VM server are you using & whre is it located?

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

They have VM Pro at the main site, Site A. Site A is the only site configured for VM. All the other sites are small and do not use any VM. After hours their calls are forwarded to an oncall service.

However, they are configured with a "centralized voice mail" which I can turn off if need be.

None of these issues arose until we switched the SCN's from Lan2/WAN to Lan1. We also switched out PRI providers.
