Can I point a users new contact folder to a public folder?

Is it possible to create a new contact folder in outlook 2002 and point it to a public contact folder?

Just create a public folder of type=contacts. Done.

yes but i want to create a folder in a users mailbox called Contacts2 then what ever is in the public folder i want it to appear in their contacts2 folder.

You can't create it in the users mailbox directly. You can add it into the MAPI profile as an address book though. If you need it in the mailbox you need to sync it using public2private contact syncing from slipstick.
