A big problem for us, when we want to review a previously auto-recorded call is locating it.
We receive several calls per minute, and typically are searching for a call that is days old.
We currently search the logs for the callerid to get a timestamp, then start listening to calls near this time.
Can we insert callerid into the file name? Or maybe a matching time stamp? Or are calls always randomly named.
While it is recording, the file has a name like:
msg182412.wav
but after hangup, the file name becomes
Sample name:
00B3B201813445929CB505C3248AB71E.wav
Thanks!
