Hi for example i wish modify the XLST item in several TN's, this is possible do it as a group or only i can do it TN by TN.

If you have OTM you can do multiple TNs, otherwise one at a time.

and how i can know if i have OTM, or how i can do for have that one?

otm is a gui interface.. load it on a server, give control of your switch to the server and you can do group changes. they are slower then manual.. do a search for scripts or tm, both are way better for group changes then otm. with scripts i can make unique changes on hundreds of sets per day.. i enter the new data on an excel then send that to command interface

How do you make changes now, do you LOGIN to the PBX and goto a LD and say maybe.
LD 20
REQ CHG
TYPE 3904
ECHG YES

is this how you do all your programming??? if this is called CLI.

If you type things in box's on a PC and it down loads to the PBX, then your using OTM.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

thanks...
then i'm programming in CLI, but will like me know how programming with scripts or tm, if you could give me an example for do that please, if is possible one little example for do a change of a ITEM on corelative TN´s. Thanks a lot.
