Can I mix old ccc licenses with new ccr lic?

Hallo,

I would like to ask, if can I mix old ccc licenses (like agent or supervisor) with new ccr licenses?
Of course we need “CCC to CCR Upgrade License”.

So if we have:
- 1x CCC Supervisor license and 5x CCC Agent license
- CCC to CCR Upgrade License
- 1x Customer Service Supervisor License and 5x Customer Service Supervisor License

Will work ok in CCR 2x Supervisor and 10x Agent?

The CCC to CCR upgrade license will give you the supervisor licenses and agents from the CCC.

You don't understand.

When you have CCC licenses then you add the CCC to CCR upgrade then you can use the CCC agent licenses for CCR.
When you add CCR agent licenses then you have more agent licenses.

When you have CCC and you buy CCR agent licenses then you can not use those for CCC
