I have a customer who's trying to get a professional recording made. I was wondering if I could just save the files in the wav folder of VMPro then add them to the menu?

As long as it has the correct attributes, yes.
8KHz, mono, etc.

You can record it as a mp3 or other format, then use a audio converter afterwards.
(Wave editor, Audacity...)

Kind regards

Gunnar

Thanks what did you mean by only once?

Only once you have the file in the correct format.
