Can I make a combo's visiblity contingent on another boxes selection?

I would like a certain combo box on my form to only be visable (and functional) if a certain value is chosen in another combo box on the same form, is this possible? I also am looking to have a audio response made (in WIN XP) if a Certain value is chosen, how do I make this happen?

add something to the onchange event of the combo you are chosing from like

if combo1.value = "whatever" then
combo2.visible = true

and make combo2 not visible by default
