Does anyone know how to "read" a .mms (Mercator Map Source) file and be able to determine the Type Tree filenames (.mtt) that are used by that map?

Example: I8504010.mms uses T4010X12.mtt and T850DATA.mtt, can I parse through the .mms to extract the text T4010X12.mtt and T850DATA.mtt?

Thanks

You could export the map as an xml file and read this to find which type trees are used.
I wrote a system to load all the info from exported maps into a database so I can cross reference which maps use which trees and where a tree is used - usefull when you need to make changes to a type tree.
Cheers

Jan,
Thanks for the info. We are running Mercator 5.0 and 6.5 currently and I had 5.0 installed on my machine. Once I installed 6.5 I was able to export maps to XML.
