can I evenly distribute outbound calls between carriers?

Hello,

I have a s8700 cm5. We have an oubound dialer conntected to the PBX. THis dialer sends calls to the PBX and then the PBX routes them to two different carriers. I would like to be able to evenly distribute the calls between these two carriers. Can someone suggest the best way to do this?

I use the RHNP table to send long distance number's to LD Trunk's. I broke it down to our local number's that are in same area code, but get charged as Long Distance calls.Oringianlly all 410 area codes went local carrier...But some of the 410 are actually Lond Distance. I set the table up to send the 410 codes that were LD to the LD Trunks...
