Can I even project anything with 20 lumen laser projector??

I am thinking of purchasing a pico laser projector but I don't know if 20 lumens will even show anything.. I don't know much about projectors, but I know enough to know that 20 lumen is rather low... but it is an LED based projector. I don't know if that will make a difference.

This is the one I am thinking of getting..

Can anyone help me out??
