Can I edit the registry when using a boot floppy to boot?

If you boot from a windows boot disk you can import/export registry files and you can even delete specific keys.
How about something like this to edit? Export the registry with to a file with registry /e Then use dos's edit to edit the registry and then import as needed.
Type regedit /? at command prompt for options.
