Can I convert an access 97 database to access 2000 in VB 6?

I need to write a utility that will convert an Access 95/97 database to Access 2000. Is there a way to do this in Visual Basic 6.0. Does Access 2000 have command-line parameters so I can use something like:

msaccess.exe /convert db2.mdb ?

Hey, I have the same problem...how do you use Access 2000 in Visual Basic Applications. I really need to do that and I can't right now..
