Can I change the display of calendar views?

Does anyone know how you can force the display of fields other than 'title'
in a list calendar view? I have a person assigned to a task and I want to see
that name in the calendar view without having to enter it into the free-text
'Title' field.

Hello,

You can modify or create views to display any columns you have in a list. From the modify settings and columns in the list you can take a look at any of the existing views and you will see that only a few are chosen to be displayed.

You can create your own custom view (or edit existing ones) to display any of the other columns you have and then you can apply that as the default view for the list.

Or did I totally missunderstand what you are looking for?

Thanks for the reply Thomas but I probably didn't make my issue clear, I'm specifically dealing with 'Calendar' views.

I appreciate I can chop and change the columns within a custom 'Standard' view but when I create a custom 'Calendar' view of a list it will only display the 'Title' field for each entry in the calendar. I need to display a different field or somehow ensure 'Title' is populated from other fields in the list.
