Can I change the Company Directory to numbers?

For instance; currently our Company Directory has visitors spell the persons name to get to their phone to leave a message. We would like to change that to "To reach Joe Smith please press 1" or "To reach Bob Johnson please press 2". We have a lot of difficult last names that are hard to spell and people have complained that it is too difficult so they just give up.

you can make a ccr tree do that, but you are limited in the numbers. If you already use ccr, you can add an option that says press 5 (or whatever number you want and isnt being used)for a company directory, then you can make another menue that says for x press 1 for x press 2 and so on, but you can only use 1-8 in the menue.

I guess that won't be an option for us then because we would need 9 now and as we add employees in the future we would need more.

U could group the people by dept and then by person. for example press 1 for sales, 2 for service, etc. once 1 is press u could then have a sub menu that says press 1 for john, 2 for joe, etc

or even go with just the 1 for joe,,,2 for jim,,,,etc,,,8 for more names. then start over with 1 for julie,,,2 for joyce,,,I think you have a depth of 3 you can go to with the flash
