Hi,

We are having some trouble with a certain number continuously calling in. I have spoken at great lengths with our service provider who do not offer any kind of call barring service.

Is there any way on the 3300 that i can do this?

Thanks

I have seen similar posts to this in the past. As far as I have seen the Mitel cannot do this by itself.

The most you can do is apply a name to the call using alpha tagging.

If you had Intelligent Queue , you could use the cli to route the calls to a RAD - advising that their call will be reported to the police, or just hang up on it.

You can also do this if you also have a nupoint with Call Director enabled.

I've had to use IQ to do this, and routing the calls based on their ANI to either our AA, or to a list that just drops the call.

We had an issue previously with skype callers and had to block as it was blocking our PRI's
