Depeding on how much data you have, you can do this. Use your backup utility to back up to a file then simply burn it. If you don't know where the backup is: Start-> Programs-> Accesories-> System Tools-> Backup. Hope that helps! Matt Wray

I use BackUp Now and backup nightly to a CD. Just be careful which CD Burner you buy. The software is picky about the Mfg and Model of the burner. The manual that comes witht he burner does not tell, you will need to look at their website.
