I have an impromptu report that runs using a pick list that is put together in another department of my company, I use the whole pick list to run the report and then in turn run some other jobs off of the report, I want to automate the report but I don't know how to have the pick list select everything automatically. -- Thanks RJ

Hi, rjsmetal.
Why you don´t create a auxiliar report who groups all the values and changes the pick list prompt for report pick list.
Every time that you ask for the prompt the auxiliar report refresh the values for you.
