I am running a web application on my AS/400 and I have an option for people to send a request if they forgot their password. This is automated to send back their password as long as they give us the proper information. My AS/400 and Mail Server(Exchange 5.5) are on the same LAN and I only want my AS/400 to have the ability to relay e-mail messages. Can I only allow the IP of the AS/400 to relay e-mail messages through my exchange server?

check my FAQ in this forum on relaying. it details the screen you need. in your case use the IP address of your AS400 box rather than what I've said.

Thank you for putting me in the right direction. I have able to fix my problem.
