Seems to me that you can put a 8port card in each of these slots....
1-0-62
1-1-42
1-1-43
Alternatively you can put a 8port card in 1-0-62 and a 16port in 1-1-42 but this will make 1-1-43 unuseable.

Make sure that the slots are physically available though. Sometimes you may find a HDU or other card that doesn't use timeslots sitting in a card postion.

thanks diswire.

what about the board on slot 001-1-70. what does "system blocked" means. is it manually blocked? so can remove it and put some other board over there?

As the board ID is 57 then there should be a TLU76/1 (ISDN30) card in position 1-1-70.
As the system has blocked the card it's safe to assume that it's not in use.
As long as you don't need an additional ISDN30 then there's no reason why it couldn't be removed and replaced with something else.
Depending on the magazine if you remove the TLU76/1 then slot 1-1-72 may also become available.

Hi Do Yourself a favour, do a SYEDP:BPOS=1-1-70; first, and see if there is anything tied to it.

I am sorry, that time when i take cnlip, the board has some problems. now the tlu76 at 1-1-70 is working - active
