Client's subsctiption to NAV 2003 had expired and they tried to update it on the web. They got a new subscription number but were unable to get it updated. So I uninstalled it and ran the rnav2003 tool to get rid of the remnants and reinstalled from the cd. It reinstalled without errors, but now when I try to run Live Update, instead of the normal list of files that usually appears, the only one that shows is Live Update. And when I click on "Next", it says everything is current, without downloading anything. I've tried reinstalling several times, even tried NAV 2002, same issue. Seems there's a corrupt file out there, but which one?

System details: Win98Plus! Dialup AOL (connects fine)

Of all the things I've ever lost, I miss my mind the most......

I have seen this happen when the Catalog.LiveSubscribe file gets corrupted. Live Update will continue to say that you have the most current updates even though they aren't. Search for the Catalog.LiveSubscribe file on your system (make sure you are viewing all files) and rename it. Reinstall Norton Antivirus and it should work again.

F16pilot I deleted the file and reinstalled and still no joy. Also uninstalled and reinstalled LiveUpdate and registry entries per Symantec instructions, no help. Open for any other ideas.....
