can exchange handle two registered domain names

i have to setup an exchange server which will have to handle 2 domain names, is this possible , if yes how is it done

Yes. On the IMS, go to the Routing tab and add in your second domain name there. This is assuming you've completed the necessary steps with your ISP to make yourself responsible for mail delivered to this domain.

Is there a limit to how many domains that i can add in the routing tab, currently i have over 15 domain names registered.

Can they all come to the same server.. Regards

actually you can try to see if it takes all 15, just get your isp to map your mx record to that exchange server
