Can Exchange collect web based hosted OWA

A company that I have just installed a SBS 2003 Standard server in wants to collect emails that are currently being supplied to them via OWA hosted by intermedia. They have 1 email account hosted this way info@xxxx.co.uk, and want it collected by the exchange server and distributed to all users on the network. They want to use this account to send/recieve though this 1 email address (info@xxxx.co.uk). The company does not want any other email addresses. They want to keep the email that is hoseted via intermedia OWA as it is used to be collected in another office overseas.

Can exchange be configured to collect this web-based OWA and then send back to it.

OWA is exhange. Why can't they all have their Outlook pull the messages to their desktops? Then they all have it and reply from it.
