With our new IP Office v9.1 system I can dial all TF prefix's except 855.In ARS 855 is setup like every other TF. I have no issues dialing 855 numbers from our Old Definity system(gets removed mid-October). Both systems give out the same Caller ID number. The only difference seems to be that the old circuits used with the Definity system have the # we are giving out as the Caller ID number and the IP Office system doesn't. It will soon once the #s on our PRI's are moved to the new circuits. The old system dials out on 270-7XX-XXXX and the other is 270-6XX-XXXX numbers. Attaching the trace. When a 855 number is dialed it appears to get out but I get a Call Rejected.

Thanks

I've seen TF #s that reject calls if you're not calling from a valid DID on your circuit

Cause No. 21 - call rejected.
This cause indicates that the equipment sending this cause does not wish to accept this call. although it could have accepted the call because the equipment sending this cause is neither busy nor incompatible. This cause may also be generated by the network, indicating that the call was cleared due to a supplementary service constraint. The diagnostic field may contain additional information about the supplementary service and reason for rejection.
