Can the CS 1000 block inbound calls from predetermined numbers? Our operator receives calls from an auto-dialer/telemarketing recording several times per hour. The CLID that appears prior to the call is always the same.
We do not have Contact Center on our CS 1000 (I think this Nortel product has CLID routing capabilities).
I believe the short answer to my questions is no, but I thought I'd double check with the community.
