Can Conact Center be added to Domain Controllers?

Contact Center is on Windows Server 2008R2 we are using AvayaAura_CCMA6.0 build 8.0.

I have been looking for documentation but I do not see anything that says the Contact Center can be added to the domain controller server.

I do not see any reason not to, but if you can point me to some documentation if there is any.

Thanks!!

I appreciate the assistance.

Hi BabyTech2009, If you're talking about adding the AACC to the domain then I have ours on the domain. Also had to add our AAOA server to the domain.

AACCserver.company.com

Hope that helps

TravelerM1 thanks for the information.
Would it be the same as adding Call Pilot server to the Domain Controllers? Is the process any different?

I know it may seem silly but the Contact Center is not added, wasnt sure if there were any stipulations.

No, same thing but know that you must reboot the AACC server to take effect.
