Howdy. By reading the forums, I've discovered how to transfer a call to a CCR tree, but I'd like to know if it's possible to forward calls to a tree.

Can calls be forwarded to a CCR Tree?

I can use a phone without a voicemail box, no problem.
Yes.. Give the user a ringing service (night) button, make them the control set for the line(s) and put them in a ring group with their extension and the voicemail extension assigned. Create a table to use a non-recorded greeting and then whatever CCR tree you want them to use.
Press the night button and presto change-o you have a "forwarding" feature to a CCR Tree.

DBrewsky, that would work, but that's only for the attendant phone, right? I want this phone to be able to forward internal calls as well, and I can't assign it as control on the lines, because there's another phone that already does that.
Not necessarily an attendant option only. But it is for external callers only.
