I guess the solution I am looking for is a like a call center setup, where the callers are automatically held until a receptionist is free to answer the call. Right now, they have to manually pickup and put them on hold. Trying to streamline the process.
Call a tech in and try the Call Center as a trial if you want or simply go AA.
In general Auto Attendants purpose is to streamline, it allows people to enter the ext # of their choice and also to leave a message.
1. for Sales, 2 for Accounting 3 for mailing address and fax # ...etc.
This takes the load of the receptionist so they can deal with just the people that don't know who they want.
AA will handle the calls much more efficiently, nobody has to sit on a phone and wait which we all hate.
