I really like the way parts of the image are revealed more sharply and would love to have something like this, but I can't work out how to do it.

I don't have one as I just don't know how to do it. I can do the scrolling images, I just don't know how to do the squares.

If you're in fact talking about the right thumbnails opening larger pictures with the background toning down, that's not Flash, but javascript... Have a look at the page's source.

Hi, no I'm taking about the large picture at the top of the screen with the company name in it which has moving small squares which reveal sharper parts of the image behind.
