We are trying to find a query tool that is simple to use and will allow our users to perform ad hoc queries on our visual foxpro 6 database in order to return simple recordsets. I don't need a reporting tool since the outcome does not have to be pretty. We just want to be able to choose the fields we want to see, specify the grouping, sorting or other selection criteria, and then get a recordset that we can export to Microsoft Word or Excel. Can anyone recommend a tool that would accomplish this?
