Can you please give a few more details on how you've got your database set up, what the tables hold, what the forms are based on and why you want to do it.

what you could do is
go into the VB behind the form and after whatever event you want (On Lost Focus of the textbox you are updating for example...)
Type in the following:
[Forms]![Form2]![textbox] = [Forms]![Form1]![textbox]
